Dear Guests

We are no longer offering Bed and Breakfast.

No.3 is now a luxury self-catering holiday let (sleeps 12). Keep an eye on our FB page.

Why not enjoy the run of the whole house and garden with a group of friends or family - for as little as £95 per person for seven days! If you would like more information, please contact us - we'd love to hear from you.

hearty breakfasts

The No.3 Yorkshire breakfast is served in our dining room overlooking the garden. If the weather is fine you may like to eat outside. If you let us know the night before, we'd be happy to bring you breakfast in your room and fetch the papers. A B&B with a difference.
